If you have time, let your hair air dry. Blow drying your hair every night can cause burning, heat damage, and overall frizziness. If you do need to blow dry your hair then dont do it on a very high setting :)

definently air dry. air dry lets it dry naturally(duh) while using the blow dryer uses heat which damages ur hair and it adds if u use a straightner or curler also everyones hair fits them best when its natural.,..thats why we were put with it. haha i guess.

I would say air drying, because that is the natural way. If you blow dry your hair too many times it may become brittle and start to break.

absolutely air dry. Any type of heat damages the hair, blow drying, hot roller, curling irons, sun, and worst flat irons.

heat opens the cuticle and breaks down the hair shaft, moisture escapes. You loose elasticity and protein.

If it is short I would say air dry but long hair takes longer to dry so you would have to blow dry .
