k i have a neighbor who is 12 and her hair is soooooo frizzy, it never stays the same she has tried having a blow dryer but that doesn't do mainly cause she doesnt know how to use it and she dont want her hair to fall out...she cant straighten cause of parents and they wont let her, she is using bed head number 2 but wat does she do? she is super embarrased, and i think she looks well not that bad but she wants change and i want to help

well, your "neighbor" can try using certain hairsprays like biolouge, if she can get her hands on a curling iron that might work too, just don't actually curl it just run it through her hair a few times.

i also asked my hair-person about this and she said that you should try washing your hair maybe every other day (this doesn't mean not taking a shower, just don't wash your hair. however if you do a lot of physical activity WASH YOUR HAIR) plus you can take a shower at night, and put your hair in a pony tail. it works for me.

frizz ease by john frieda from ur local drugstore.. jus put it in after u wash ur hair on wet hair and wen she blow dries ot out itll be calm n have no frizz

try putting moouse in her hair, then scruntch it... it will turn the frizz into curls hopefully

then maybe some hair spray or gel or something to tame the little frizzies everywhere
