Like say these Salons could constantly be upgraded with new hair styles and it would be a place where your character could just sit under a hairdryer for a few seconds and get thier hair done when you're bored. Plus the whole sit under the dryer and come out with a new style in only seconds would be kind of more fun then just changing it automatically.

No. I think the idea would offend gamers everywhere...especially with it costing.

maybe in 'The Sims' but other than that, sounds like a game only for Homosexual men. and i don't know if that is a big enough market place. good luck man...
