My hair is super static-y only after I dyed it.?

I dyed my hair on the 18 of this month ever since then it is super static-y it has never done this before!! My Mother-In-Law said try rubbing a dryer sheet in your hands and then rub your hands through your hair - tried that don't work. I also got it cut the day before I dyed it as well. Went from mid back to right around the shoulders. Please help this is driving me crazy!

my hair tends to be softer and less static after i dyed it but before i did it for the first time i brought a special hair conditioner for dyed hair and it is supposed to be reli good. im not sure what its called because i recently gave it to some1 else but it was quite cheap from sainsburys

Pour a few drops of baby oil in your palm. Rub your hands together, then use them to smooth your hair. Makes it shiney, too.

There is a product just for this problem, I saw it on the news channel and they say it works, But I'm sorry to say I missed the name of it. But if you go to your nearest beauty supply store, they should have it. Just explain it to them.
