and can't flat iron it coz it my hair is to thick so i tried pulling it out with a blow dryer didn't work i tried straighting gel didn't work any suggestions?

after you get out of the shower use redken's straighting serum and then bow dry, when its dry take small sections.. probably about as thick as a pen and no longer than your straightner, use redken's spray starchon the section before you flat iron.. it will be alittle stiff.. but it will keep out the frizz.. or curl.

I had the same problem, I bought spray that protects your hair from the straitner so it doesn't become fried then straiten it in layers.

ther's this product u can get done @ hair salons that's like a perm only it straightens hair. my friend has the thickest curliest hair eva and she tried and now she has straight hair for a couple of months or something.

get a perm! a perm strightens ur hair if u don't want it striaghten get a curlying perm

dont they have a straight relaxer for it can make your hair straight? i dont really know. sometimes i wish i had curly or wavy hair i think its cute.mine is straight though

i had the same problem but know i use a straightener called corioliss it works relly good but it was like 124 dollars so if u cant afford that then i saw this thing at wal-mart for staightening ur hair permently .or u could just embrace ur hair and have really pretty curls thats wat i do sumtimes just use a little gel and ur hair will do the rest of the curlin naturally. put gel on wen ur hair is wet it works

Well you didn't state how long you wanted to pull the waves out for. I recommend Redken products as they tend to work well on thick hair (great for ethnic hair!) For a more permament solution you can use perm solution and use it as instructed (just use no perm rods and make sure to comb your hair perfectly straight and keep it straight as possible). For the most permament solution got to your stylist and have a chemical straightning done. This will keep your hair straight for 3-6mos depending on your hair type.
